Each time when the summer is aproaching all the time we think that we will need to reduce weight and wear your favorite costume for the beach.

In his new book titled “5 Pounds” will find tips to reduce last 4 pounds in just five days, as well as to maintain the desired weight in the long term through easy recipes and exercises adapted to the valid wishes and needs.

This is the most important advice he offers:

1. Walk

Download some of the many applications that show how the distance you walked and try every day to do at least 10,000 steps. While talking on the phone instead of sitting, get up and walk.

2. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than planned

Studies have shown that the weight gain is often caused by lack of sleep.

3. Yogurt can be a great snack

Studies have shown that people who import dairy products rich in protein have lower levels of fat and live longer. Fruit yogurt with a handful of blueberries would be a great snack that will give strength and energy to your body.

4. Drink plenty of water

Dehydration sometimes makes you feel hunger and eat when it is not necessary for our body. 55 pounds of body weight it needs to drink at least 0.2 gallon of water. Calculate how much you need to drink and stick to this rule.

5. Leave the mobile in the kitchen overnight

The habit of constantly checking overnight adversely affect the quality of your sleep.

6. Happy Feet = more calories burned!

Wearing the right shoes makes us move more. So when buying shoes make sure that the besides beautiful, and be comfortable.

7. At least one meal a day, prepare it in a blender

Whenever you have no idea what to eat and reach for food that is not as healthy remember the blender. Just put yogurt, apple, banana, spinach, almonds and cinnamon and already have a perfectly healthy meal.
