Chicken Pasta Salad

Delicious, easy and quick to make, chicken pasta salad! Prepare and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat (chopped, boiled) – 200 g (7 oz)
  • Green cabbage (grated) – 200 g (7 oz)
  • Red cabbage (grated) – 200 g (7 oz)
  • Carrots (grated) – 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • Sunflower seeds – 25 g (0.8 oz)
  • Pasta noodles (small, thin, boiled) – 40 g (1.4 oz)

For the dressing:

  • Garlic (crushed) – 3 cloves
  • Fresh ginger (grated) – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 3/4 cup
  • Soy sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 3 tbsp
  • Cup water – 1/4

Preparation:

In a large bowl, place all ingredients (except the ones for the dressing and the pasta) and mix well.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour it over the salad. Add the boiled noodles on top.
