You will need:
- 4 tablespoons flaxseed
- 4 cups boiling water
Place the flaxseed in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Pour the mixture in a glass jar with lid, or thermos and let it stay overnight. Strain the mixture in the morning.
Consume 1 cup of this amazing remedy during the day, at least half an hour before meals. Prepare this remedy every night before bedtime. Never make more than you need, as it needs to be fresh as much as possible.
Consume it for a period of 10 days, then make a break of 10 days. Repeat the process as many times as necessary until you get the desired effect.
