You will need:
- ¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup organic coconut water
- 1 tablespoon red hot pepper
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
Heat the coconut water into a pot and pour it into a cup. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir well. Allow to cool to room temperature, then add the honey and red pepper. Again, stir well, and finally add the lemon juice and stir again.
For best results, consume this drink it on an empty stomach before breakfast or late at night before going to bed. Feel free to consume it until the infection does not go away.
