Pizza Rolls

Italian specialty in a slightly different form with retained quality that makes it a perfect meal.


  • 500 g(17.6 oz) bark
  • 4 eggs
  • glass of yogurt
  • 200 g(7 oz) semolina
  • glass of oil
  • bag of baking powder
  • 300 g(10.5 oz) ham
  • 300 g(10.5 oz) cheese
  • ketchup
  • oregano
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

1. Whisk the eggs, add the yogurt, semolina, oil and baking powder. With the half of the mixture brush 4 crusts, one over the other, and the fifth brush with ketchup, grate half of cheese, half a ham and a little oregano. Screw the roll. In the same way do the other roll, and fifth crust thinly fill with a mixture of eggs, grate the rest of the cheese and ham.

2. Brush the top of the roll with a spoon of oil and a bit of a mix with eggs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for half an hour at 220 C (428 F).
